Yes, we provide Master of Ceremony services for events, including announcements, introductions, and more, included at no extra charge.


We are available for events throughout the year, availability varies depending on the season and our current schedule. It's best to contact us as early as possible to secure your desired date.


Yes, the right DJ is the key to the entire atmosphere of your event. Our main priority is ensuring you have absolute confidence in the professional you choose. Zoom consultations are available with your DJ prior to your event to ensure they are the right fit for you.  


We specialize in a variety of genres, including Top 40, hip-hop, country, electronic dance music, Latin, and more.  Utilizing our easy-to-use planning software with music integration, we will work closely with you to understand your unique musical preferences and to create a personalized playlist that reflects your style and vision. 


At Drew Gray Media, we're more than just DJs—we're event producers and planners. We help create a seamless timeline that ensures your celebration provides nonstop entertainment for all of your guests. 


From day one, you'll have access to your DJ via email, text, or phone, ensuring all your questions are answered throughout the entire planning process. We'll then dive into personalized one-on-one meetings to meticulously plan every detail of your wedding day. To keep everything perfectly organized, our wedding planning app seamlessly ties it all together, making it super easy to manage your music, notes, and timeline. 


Yes, our music planning app puts you in complete control. With your approval, we can accept live requests during the event. Even better, the app allows you to invite guests to vote on songs for your celebration ahead of time, ensuring the playlist is a guaranteed hit. 


Our staff will arrive wearing formal clothing. If formal attire is excessive, let us know so we can dress appropriately for your event. 


Our style as DJs is centered on creating a personalized, high-energy, and seamless musical experience that reflects your unique vision for the event. We're not just playing songs; we're crafting an atmosphere specifically to your musical tastes.  


Yes, we absolutely do! We offer a range of additional services, including dance floor lighting, photo booths, media screens, up-lighting, and much more to help create a high-energy atmosphere for your event. You can request our pricing guide below to view all of our available enhancements.


We always plan to arrive 2 to 3 hours before your event begins. While our actual setup typically takes about an hour, we genuinely value that extra time! It allows us to ensure everything is perfect, coordinate with your other vendors, and account for the unexpected. 


Our travel fee applies only to events located over 50 miles from our base in Wilton, CA. For events within that 50-mile radius, travel is free. Any hour added is $50.00. And great news—we don't have a separate breakdown fee! All setup and teardown time is already included in your package pricing, ensuring a seamless experience from beginning to end. We aim to make your planning as straightforward as possible! 


Yes, absolutely! Our wedding packages are designed to cover all aspects of your special day, and they include detailed options for both ceremony and cocktail reception music. When you receive our packages and pricing information, you'll find everything clearly outlined, allowing you to choose the perfect coverage for your needs. 


Yes, we are fully insured. This protects both our business and provides peace of mind for your venue and guests in the unlikely event of an accident or unforeseen circumstance. We're happy to provide our Certificate of Insurance to the venue upon request. 


The deposit varies depending on the event and is due immediately to secure the date with your DJ. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. You can make payments in person or on your client portal using Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
